    I own the experience vision and strategy across MAF's digital products, and lead the UX design, UX research and DesignOps functions that deliver it.

    • Align design, research and innovation with growth and revenue KPIs, and report impact through conversion, retention and operational metrics
    • Scale design and research across squads: org structure, operating models, governance and performance frameworks
    • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Business leaders on priorities, investment and roadmaps

    I led the UX research, UX design and DesignOps departments across multiple product squads, including the full revamp of the Carrefour mobile app.

    • Led the full app revamp: information architecture, navigation, merchandising, cart and checkout
    • Delivered significant gains in conversion, add-to-cart and checkout completion, with a direct effect on digital revenue and retention
    • Set up a continuous research practice: usability testing, behavioural analytics, experiments and an insight repository
    • Built DesignOps: design-system governance, documentation, component lifecycle and delivery-velocity metrics

    Senior Product Designer

    I worked with the head of product and PMs to improve the experience for doctors, patients and internal teams, using research, measurable KPIs and alpha testing with doctors.

    • +11% cases submitted, by cutting unnecessary fields early in the flow
    • −16% and −12% rejected treatments, through better technician tools and a clearer, mobile-ready 3D viewer
    • ~50% less waiting for approval, by fixing the notification logic
    • Doctor onboarding cut from 4-hour sessions to about 15 minutes, with in-portal onboarding and a help centre
    • Built a full design system for internal and external products, implemented in Storybook with front-end engineers

    I researched and redesigned Motory's car-buying products: the main app, the MotoryShop website and app, subscriptions, inspections and partner showrooms.

    I ran user research, personas, card sorting and usability tests, and prototyped for Android, iOS, web and desktop with PMs and engineers.

    • +$29k extra revenue in 60 days for an e-commerce app, by improving the journey and UI
    • +50% sales after redesigning a water delivery app; −29% bounce on a government website
    • Led a team of six delivering four apps and websites in parallel
